[04.03.01] This portion of my site may have little meaning to anyone but me, but I have decided to post it nonetheless. I have, for some time, kept a small notebook in which I write phrases, word combinations, and even direct quotes that I read, hear, or overhear as I go about my days. These snippets have struck me in some way, either because the words form a beautiful mind's image, because they are particularly peculiar, or because I find them to be enormously funny. For me, each of these snippets has a story of the time and place and people that the words are from. "Sundry, silver shades ..." [02.12.01] "Swim, little pill bug!" [03.30.01] "Tango yankee." [3.31.01] "Yeah, but sometimes don't you just feel like saying, 'No! I don't wanna wear orange eyeshadow!" [04.02.01] "Beery, beefy beligerance." [04.05.01] "Radioactive tumbleweed." [04.07.01] "Cerebral cathedrals ..." [04.24.01] "We should arm everyone at birth, so we'd all have a chance!" [05.02.01] "Big police Cincinnatti." [07.21.01] "Oh, look! There are sex offenders in my mailbox!" [09.08.01] "Mommy, can we plug in the fire?" [12.31.01] "I wouldn't volunteer even if someone paid me to!" [01.09.02] "Ooo ... this one's got seepage!"
